Flax Seeds: provide omega 3's like Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and fiber
Banana: high in calories, contain Vitamins B6, C, and A, folate, iron, magnesium, niacin, potassium and more.
All Natural Peanut Butter: High in calories and protein
Coconut oil: Adds calories, high in saturated fat and lauric acid
Cocoa Powder: contains small amounts of a variety of vitamin and minerals

Pour in 6 ounces of whole milk--I use raw milk, which contains lots of healthy enzymes, more fat and is just better for overall health.
